Hello there! I’m Dasha — a music therapist, artist, and believer in the quiet power of connection. Through music, I help people feel seen, heard, and safe. I invite you to explore my world, where healing and creativity walk hand in hand.

What is it?

Music therapy is a clinical and evidence-based practice that uses music to address emotional, physical, cognitive, and social needs. It is a powerful way to connect, communicate, and heal — especially when words are not enough.

In music therapy, clients are invited to explore music in a way that feels natural and safe. This may include singing, playing instruments, moving to music, songwriting, listening, or simply sharing musical moments together. No prior musical experience is needed — only a willingness to be present and open to the experience.

As a music therapist, I believe that music creates a bridge between the inner world and the outer world. It can help regulate emotions, strengthen communication skills, support physical coordination, build confidence, and offer comfort during difficult times.

Every session is tailored to the unique needs and goals of the individual or group. My approach is rooted in empathy, creativity, and trust — creating a space where music becomes a tool for growth, connection, and joy.
